Technical Business Analyst

Acturis is a leading Software-as-a-Service provider for general insurance. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will help clients understand the possibilities within the system and gather client requirements to turn them into detailed specifications for a development team. You will design and implement new software solutions, solve technical problems, and continuously monitor and improve all aspects of the Acturis System.

Requirements

• Designing and implementing top quality new software solutions
• Solving challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach
• Managing the build of sometimes complex implementations, and ensuring this is done to specification
• Investigation of errors on the Live system to work out the root cause and proposing solutions to fix this
• Continuously monitoring and improving all aspects of the Acturis System
• Supporting the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients
