Operations Planner

Actylis is seeking an Operations Planner to join their team. The Operations Planner will be responsible for material planning and production readiness for products sold by the Agri Science team. The role will also involve customer and sales support, managing inventory, cost reduction, and driving efficiencies to ensure smooth operations for the AG business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in Material/Production Planning, Procurement or Customer Service
• Preferred experience in the Agri Chemical Industry
• Proficient with ERP Systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Highly motivated, detail-orientated & results driven, with a focus on accuracy and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in English with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to set priorities and work with minimum supervision
• Be a highly responsive, proactive team player while maintaining a positive & respectful attitude
• Effectively communicates with peers, interdepartmental
