Job Description
We are looking to staff a Mid-Senior ServiceNow Developer to support one of our premier federal clients. We are a team of “doers” with a bias towards action and have a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions to solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible experience in operations, business management, technology strategy, project management, analysis, and planning or policy development
- Experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow Platform
- Extensive knowledge in ITIL and Service Management processes
- Strong interpersonal and team orientation skills in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals
