Job Description
Acuity is seeking a Building & Grounds Intern to assist with building and grounds maintenance for Acuity properties.
Requirements
- Performs general building maintenance / custodial tasks including cleaning, painting, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintains grounds including mowing, fertilizing, watering, turf repair, mulching, and pruning.
- Plants, fertilizes, weeds and waters annual flowers.
- Performs landscape construction projects including planting and transplanting trees, shrubs, and perennials.
- Cleans and places interior silk plants and galleria displays.
- Shovels snow.
- Sets up and takes down special events including the Acuity Health Challenge, Acuity FunFest and Town Hall venues.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
