Job Description
Acuity is seeking a Commercial Field Underwriter to quote and issue new commercial accounts for a selected group of committed agents. The role involves selling Acuity commercial products, enhancing agency relationships, and making underwriting decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, ability to sell effectively, and be highly motivated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of commercial underwriting experience
- CPCU, CIC or similar insurance designations preferred
