Job Description
Acuity is seeking an experienced Loss Control Representative to conduct surveys, prepare survey reports, and provide loss control assistance to policyholders and agents. The individual will also make recommendations to reduce loss exposures and assist in creating custom safety and training programs.
Requirements
- Collects information on prospects and policyholders regarding company underwriting standards and industry best practices
- Prepares objective written reports to evaluate and grade accounts
- Meets productivity and timeliness goals
- Conducts regular service calls to assist policyholders with loss control efforts
- Maintains contacts with agency personnel in their territory
- Participates in personal developmental activities to expand technical knowledge
- Be available to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional travel to other territories as needed
