Job Description
The Emergency Medicine/Family Practice/Internal Medicine Provider reports to the Program Manager and is supervised by the designated site medical director. The physician will treat patients in medical care clinics or small medical hospitals and ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Requirements
- Physician with current board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty
- Valid unrestricted medical license in at least 1 state, territory, or commonwealth of the U.S.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months out of the past year
- Board certification in American Board of Family Medicine Specialists (ABFM or ABMS), American Board of Emergency Medicine Specialists (ABEM), or American Board of Internal Medicine Specialists (ABIM)
