PSS/Paramedic (PSS/PARA) - WPS III (Somalia)

Provide advanced emergency medical care to Contractor personnel, COM personnel, and others. Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions. Drive vehicles and maintain assigned protective formation position during principal's walking movements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess current and active National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification as a paramedic
• Must possess current approved Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Professional Rescuer certification or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Training credentials
• Must have successfully completed the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course, or an equivalent tactical trauma course of at least 16 hours duration
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of pre-hospital emergency medical services experience at the AEMT or paramedic level
