Senior Proposal Manager (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead and manage the development of competitive proposals for federal government, state, and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and winning proposals $100M and above, and a thorough understanding of federal contracting processes and regulations.

Requirements

• Leads and coordinates the end-to-end proposal development process
• Manages proposal personnel, proposal schedules and deadlines
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather and integrate information
• Ensures all proposals adhere to solicitation and federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) requirements
• Develops, writes, and edits proposal content
• Manages proposal color review process
• Continuously refines and improves proposal development processes
• Supports other Proposal Operations activities
