Salesforce Developer

Acumen Solutions is a leader in Enterprise Cloud Transformation, and we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to work with our clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and ensure successful engagements and project go-lives.

Requirements

• Five+ years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment
• Two+ years experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver customer driven solutions
• Motivated to learn new software as a service technologies
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language
• Development experience with Apex and Visualforce
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Dev-401, Dev-501) preferred, but not required
• College degree required
• Passion for solving customer's challenges with software
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn new business processes and technologies
• Creative and analytical thinker
• Ability to solve complex business processes with software
• Highly driven and able to self manage in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Build rapport and develop effective working relationships with clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tenacity, persistence, passion and a desire for customer success
• Willingness to travel 50%
