Acuren is seeking a Field Site Administrator to support their client site in Burnaby, BC. This role will involve daily review of timesheets, time entry billing, and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, finance, or business administration and experience working in a field-based or operational environment.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within a field-based or operational environment.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoicing, expense management, and cost tracking.
- Experience working with Track system is preferred.
- Hands-on experience processing timesheets, job costing, and supporting payroll functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation).
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, or similar) is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
