Job Description
The Deburr Technician will perform deburring and cleaning of aviation and aerospace parts to maintain tolerance and customer requirements. This involves independently completing tasks or with minimal supervision, utilizing hand and power tools to remove defects. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a commitment to quality control.
Requirements
- Ability to locate information/interpret router instructions.
- Use various hand and power tools to remove burrs and tools marks.
- Ability to read blue prints to find break edges, surface finishes, and tolerances.
- Understanding of the edge break, chamfer, radius, and fillet print requirements.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Train and assist other employees.
