Job Description
This part-time CNC Machinist role involves operating CNC machine centers, loading programs, and ensuring quality standards. The position requires independently running machines, setting up shop, and maintaining a clean workspace. It's a supervisory role with minimal team leadership.
Requirements
- Work from and follow process specifications.
- Load machine as required in accordance with router instructions.
- Edit program to compensate for tool wear and machine operation.
- Maintain cutting tool inserts and repair tools.
- Machine and work area must be kept clean.
- Regular housekeeping chores.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
