Job Description
AcuTech Group, Inc. is seeking a Process Safety Engineer - Quantitative Risk to support their US PSM team in their growing QRA and facility siting group. The ideal candidate will have high technical acumen, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering (or related engineering field) and/or Process Safety
- Project experience in consequence modeling (fire/explosion/toxic), QRA and facility siting
- Experience with consequence modeling and risk integration tools, DNV Phast and Safeti or similar
- Experience with application of the API RPs 752/753/756 for facility siting, and the AIChE CCPS Guidelines for Chemical Process Quantitative Risk Analysis
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Business development, including direct client interactions, developing proposals, and delivering presentations
