Senior Staff Accountant

Acutronic is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team in Austin, TX. The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Aerospace Components Division by partnering closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and the Business Unit General Manager.

Requirements

• Perform daily, multi-entity bookkeeping and general ledger accounting activities
• Post, review, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and process customer invoicing
• Enter and maintain financial data
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Complete bank account reconciliations
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable activities
• Complete a variety of accounting and administrative support tasks
