Test Engineer III

Acutronic is looking for a Test Engineer III to perform a wide range of tasks including product testing, validation/qualification, assembly, supply chain, inventory, and quality management; as well as manufacturing and engineering tasks. The Test Engineer III will be responsible for developing and executing test procedures, ensuring instrumentation and test equipment remain calibrated, and collecting, analyzing, and post-processing test data.

Requirements

• Develop and execute test procedures and functional testing for jet engine systems and subsystems
• Select and integrate appropriate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
• Ensure instrumentation and test equipment remain calibrated in accordance with internal standards
• Collect, analyze, and post-process test data in accordance with internal and customer requests
• Generate test reports, documentation, and data packages
• Develop test standards, procedures, standard work, and safety protocols
• Continuously improve test facilities, data acquisition capabilities, and test equipment
• Develop relevant procedures and instructions to support QC methods, changes or formalized decisions
• Design and implement sampling procedures and related instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data
• Lead and/or support negotiations with customers concerning quality demand fulfillment(s); and/or resolution of quality deficiencies including preparing external customer documentation
