Manager, Influencer Marketing, Contract Employee

The Ad Council is seeking a Manager, Creators for Good to support influencer strategy and execution for 3-5 campaigns. The role involves developing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, building relationships with cross-functional teammates, and managing external influencer network vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media, influencer marketing, or talent relations experience
• Experience navigating highly matrixed organizations and building collaborative relationships internally and externally
• Creative and strategic thinker who proactively ideates and activates
• Self-starter who excels in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced setting
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with social listening and measurement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
