Job Description
Business Analyst will prepare and define business scope for new projects and programs, guiding businesses in improving processes and software. Responsible for process analysis, benchmarking, and change management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of business process design and improvement
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
