Job Description
The Manager - Market Intelligence will generate timely and actionable market intelligence to support strategic decision-making, policy formulation, and competitiveness of the Free Zone Authority and Staffing Cities Authority through comprehensive data analysis and industry benchmarking.
Requirements
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage and analyze large data sets
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Identify personnel staffing requirements and personnel development
- Manage the team by evaluating performance, providing feedback, and identifying development needs
- Execute data-driven strategic visions/business growth opportunities
- Contribute to manage the production of a monthly scorecard and an annual strategic plan reporting
- Reinforce AD Ports Group's continuous improvement culture
