Senior Specialist - Products Control

Lead the product development life cycle for core product offerings, analyzing new concepts and products aligned with KEZAD's growth aspirations, vision, and strategy.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends in terms of product offering.
• Conduct feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants as required.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization for better understanding of customer needs and market gaps.
• Construct business cases and business plans relating to product development to be presented to management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective program management through the development cycle of specific new products.
• Assist the management team for specific projects and special/ad hoc tasks as and when required.
• Anticipate customer requirements and conceive soft products and delivery mechanisms based on the same.
