Job Description
Drive business growth by converting inbound leads into customers, upselling and upgrading services, and retaining existing accounts, while also coordinating and optimizing daily schedules for up to three pest control technicians.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
- Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
