Heavy Equipment Operator- $2,500 Hiring Bonus

Assist with pen maintenance at Adams Land and Cattle's South Lot in Broken Bow, Nebraska, operating heavy equipment such as loaders, articulated dump trucks, and skid steers. Opportunity to work with a critical thinker who enjoys operating equipment. Choice of schedule between Traditional and 4 Days On and 4 Days Off.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally
• Mechanically inclined with working knowledge of large diesel powered equipment
• Demonstration of skills, knowledge, and experience in pen manure management and pen maintenance
• Ability and willingness to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment as needed to support the team
• Proficient in routine and preventive maintenance of equipment
