Assistant Manager-Civil

This position executes BTG & BoP civil tasks, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines, prepares detailed project documents and reports, conducts technical assessments, and collaborates with the team to resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Developed detailed project plans and L2 and L3 schedules for BTG, BoP, and enabling works, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and communicate project goals and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and share project plans with OEMs and site teams, ensuring timely approval and coordination.
• Use data analytics tools for Civil project management data and implement digitization strategies.
• Assist in preparing civil technical specifications in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Evaluate and review vendor proposals and bids, assisting in the selection and qualification process.
• Coordinate with CQA to maintain high standards for civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
