Associate Manager - IT

The Associate Manager - IT will oversee governance, policy management, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness for HR processes. They will also be responsible for system configuration and continuous monitoring, incident and change management, reporting and stakeholder communication, and enablement of HR and IT teams.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain HR-specific GRC policies
• Establish and enforce role-based access control (RBAC)
• Define Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules for HR processes
• Conduct periodic risk assessments for HR processes
• Design and test preventive and detective controls
• Implement monitoring for anomalous HR activities
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations
• Manage quarterly/annual user access reviews and evidence collection
• Maintain control documentation
• Configure security profiles and access provisioning via HDL/Manage Users
• Use Oracle Risk Management Cloud and audit tools for continuous control monitoring
• Automate controls via approvals and BPM workflows
• Oversee incident triage for security breaches and HR data incidents
• Review and approve HCM configuration changes impacting controls
• Coordinate remediation and root cause analysis with HR, IT Security, and Application Support
• Produce dashboards and reports on access and control effectiveness
• Run KPI reports on access certification completion and SoD exceptions trend
• Train HR and IT teams on secure usage of Fusion HCM
• Create SOPs for access requests, terminations, payroll changes, and employee data handling
