Job Description
The Associate Manager - O&M will be responsible for managing the performance and availability of wind assets, ensuring compliance with O&M contracts and SLAs, and driving improvement actions. They will also be responsible for lifecycle cost and spare strategy management, reliability engineering, financial and commercial oversight, customer and stakeholder management, digitalization and analytics, and risk, safety, and compliance.
