Job Description
The Associate Manager - O&M will be responsible for overseeing asset performance, contract management, lifecycle cost optimization, reliability engineering, financial oversight, customer management, and digitalization and analytics. Key responsibilities include monitoring turbine availability, leading root cause analysis, managing contracts and SLAs, optimizing lifecycle costs, collaborating with OEM engineering teams, tracking O&M costs, and serving as the primary asset management interface for customers.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in wind energy sector is preferred
