Job Description
The Associate Manager - Quality will manage quality assurance for incoming inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) of blade components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. The role involves leading and training QA teams, developing inspection protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quality and integrity of blade manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA, materials science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of composite materials, NDT techniques, and inspection protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
