Associate Manager- Quality

The Associate Manager- Quality will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems for mechanical scopes of thermal power projects, ensuring alignment with international standards and project-specific quality requirements.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) for mechanical scopes of thermal power projects
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities for all mechanical equipment
• Conduct detailed review and approval of mechanical equipment inspection and test plans, quality plans, and material submittals
• Analyze quality data, non-conformance reports, and audit findings to identify trends and root causes
• Drive supplier and subcontractor quality performance
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Facilitate quality training sessions and workshops for project staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Prepare and submit comprehensive quality reports and documentation
• Engage actively in project review meetings and quality steering committees
