• Manage a team of land acquisition professionals and oversee their performance and development
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Engineering, and Project Management to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local communities to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior management regarding land acquisition status and challenges
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land acquisition to incorporate into project strategies
• Contribute to the overall project success by providing expertise in land acquisition and related processes
