Job Description
Lead and manage civil engineering activities across power plant projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Provide expert technical guidance on design interpretation, construction methods, quality control, and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies relevant to power plant infrastructure.
- Proficiency in structural design interpretation and civil construction quality control.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Primavera P6 or MS Project for project planning and design review.
- Experience with contract management, tendering, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of environmental and safety regulations applicable to civil works in the energy sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering standards and quality assurance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other structural analysis software.
- Proficient in civil engineering design, construction methodologies, and project management tools.
- Competence in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
- Strong understanding of earthworks, foundation design, concrete works, and structural steel erection.
- Strong project execution and site management expertise.
