Deputy Manager - Operations & Maintenance

The Deputy Manager - Operations & Maintenance is responsible for providing technical expertise and hands-on support in the operations and maintenance of CNG stations, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of services.

Requirements

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of CNG stations
• Monitor the performance of equipment and systems
• Support the implementation of operational strategies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
• Provide technical support during the integration of new systems or equipment
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to monitor the condition of CNG station infrastructure
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to carry out maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Analyze system data and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the O&M Lead to develop and implement engineering solutions
• Participate in technical meetings and reviews
• Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Participate in safety audits and inspections
• Assist in the development of safety protocols and procedures
• Prepare safety documentation
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Provide regular updates to the O&M Lead
• Assist in the preparation of operational and maintenance reports
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and team members
• Communicate clearly and effectively with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Liaise with other departments as needed
• Stay informed about the latest developments in engineering practices, technologies, and industry standards relevant to CNG operations
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and practices
• Participate in training and professional development activities
• Share knowledge and insights with the team
