Job Description
The Senior Engineer - Quality Blade Plant is responsible for executing non-destructive testing (NDT) on blade components, analyzing results, and supporting corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on blade components
- Analyze NDT results to identify delamination's, voids, cracks, and other anomalies
- Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment
- Maintain detailed records of all NDT inspections
- Support corrective actions and re-inspection
- Ensure compliance with NDT standards
- Provide training and support to new NDT inspectors
- Collaborate with QA and production teams
