Job Description
Senior Manager-Electrical will oversee electrical site execution activities for thermal power projects, collaborating with project management, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of electrical systems onsite.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage all electrical site execution activities
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and quality teams
- Lead and coordinate electrical installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and safety assessments
- Monitor and manage the execution of electrical systems onsite
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Implement and promote Adani’s safety culture rigorously on site
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping related to electrical site activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate coordination between electrical and other discipline teams
- Manage procurement and inventory of electrical materials and tools on site
- Support commissioning and start-up activities
