Job Description
The Senior Manager - MEP - Execution is responsible for overseeing the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Possess adequate knowledge of Plumbing, Electrification, and Fireworks
- Review and provide technical guidance on project documents
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems
- Identify and address design issues
- Manage and lead MEP contractors throughout the project duration
- Plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and snagging reviews
- Test and commission MEP systems as per technical specifications
- Ensure proper coordination between structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
