Site Quality Executive

The Site Quality Executive - Mechanical ensures material inspections, testing, and monitoring are conducted according to standards. They manage non-conformities, oversee calibration and technical responsibilities, and provide quality training to the workforce.

Requirements

• Material Inspection: Receipt Inspection of material with respect to PO, Inspection reports, etc
• Testing and Monitoring: Organizing WPS/PQR, where they are not available for the given job requirements, and ensuring qualification of welders
• Non-Conformity Management: Identifying Non-conformities and Coordination with Customer/PMC for resolution
• Quality Training: Imparting Quality induction training and Quality Toolbox talks to the workforce at the project site
