Director of Community Habilitation

ADAPT Community Network seeks a Director of Community Habilitation to oversee all operational, administrative, and programmatic components of the Community Habilitation program, ensuring high-quality, person-driven services that promote empowerment, independence, and meaningful life outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of managerial or supervisory experience in a related field
• At least four years of relevant experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated managerial and supervisory skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, direct, and evaluate staff
