Job Description
The Residence Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a residential program, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered living environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the treatment and service plans for the people we support.
- Ensures the health, safety, and dignity of the people we support are maintained at all times.
- Supports the people we support in developing daily living skills, promoting independence in household tasks, personal care, and community participation.
