Job Description
ADAPT Community Network, formerly United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of NYC, provides services to people with developmental disabilities. This Residence Program Specialist will provide care and development to people in residential facilities, ensuring a safe and homelike environment and promoting independence. The role involves attending meetings, preparing reports, responding to emergencies, and implementing behavioral programs.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
