Job Description
ADAPT Community Network provides services to people with developmental disabilities, offering care, development, and independence support. This Residence Program Specialist will be responsible for the care and development of residents in a residential facility, ensuring safety, well-being, and fostering a homelike atmosphere. The role involves training and assisting with daily living skills, managing medications and emergency situations, and maintaining a safe environment for residents.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills

- High School Diploma or GED
