Job Description
ADAPT Community Network, formerly United Cerebral Palsy, is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to provide care and development to individuals with developmental disabilities within residential facilities. This role involves daily care, training, resident independence support, maintaining a homelike atmosphere, and adhering to safety standards and first aid procedures. It requires a compassionate and dedicated individual committed to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems
- High School Diploma or GED
