Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to provide care and development for people with developmental disabilities in residential facilities. This role involves fostering independence, maintaining a homelike atmosphere, and providing training and support for daily living skills. ADAPT fosters a team culture of learning, support, collaboration, and career growth.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
