Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to provide care and development to people with developmental disabilities in their residential facilities. This role involves assisting with independence, maintaining a homelike atmosphere, and ensuring safety and well-being of residents. The position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual capable of providing individualized support within a flexible, team-oriented environment.
