Job Description
ADAPT Community Network (formerly United Cerebral Palsy) is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to support the care, development, and independence of individuals living in residential facilities. The role involves providing direct support, skill-building, and advocacy to help people live fuller, happier lives and creating a safe, supportive environment. Requirements
- Provides care and supports the people we support in achieving greater independence and personal development.
- Ensures the safety, health, and well-being of the people we support.
- Teaches and assists with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintains a personalized, homelike atmosphere.
- Documents daily activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment plans.
