Job Description
The Vice President of Clinical Services provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for ADAPT Community Network’s clinical service delivery system. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, person-centered healthcare services to individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related clinical or healthcare field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare or clinical operations
- Extensive knowledge of Article 28 regulations, Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, managed care, and healthcare compliance requirements
