Job Description
ADAPT is seeking dedicated volunteers to support their adult recreation, day program, residential group home, and administrative offices. Volunteers contribute to a wide range of activities, including tutoring, crafting, coaching, and assisting with communication and social skills. ADAPT aims to foster mutual benefits for people with disabilities and improve their career readiness.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older (or 16 with working papers)
- Fingerprinted (volunteers and interns)
- Background checked against the State Central Registry and the Justice Center
- Current Tuberculosis test (PPD) for interns/volunteers directly contacting people supported
- Completed physical (recent PPD)
