Job Description
Adapt for Life is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to apply behavioral principles to individuals with autism. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, assist clients in acquiring skills, and contribute to a positive treatment environment. This is an hourly position requiring dedication and a commitment to client wellbeing.
Requirements
- High School diploma, or ability to be board certified
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (or certification ability)
- Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to react quickly to behavior outbursts
- Ability to use crisis management procedures
