Job Description
We are opening an ABA Therapy Clinic in Greenwood, Indiana, and are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to apply empirically based behavioral principles to clients and ensure necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School diploma, preferably some college
- Registered Behavior Technician certification, or ability to be board certified within three months of hire
- Applied Behavior Analysis, Medicaid, Waiver and Private Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership experience with great interpersonal and people skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop programs that fit strategically with ACSS goals
