Job Description
Join the Adapt for Life Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Evansville! You'll work with children with autism, provide exceptional therapy services, and support their families. As a privately owned organization, we value creativity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Conduct and report on speech and language assessments for pediatric clients
- Design intervention treatment plans in an early intervention setting
- Collaborate with parents/guardians on speech and language intervention progress and goals
- Assist in regular coaching and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols
- Write progress reports on individualized speech and language treatment plans
- Provide home programming and parent training/coaching as applicable
- Provide oversight to cases, staff and family to ensure company policies are followed
- Comply with organization, state and federal regulations
- Participate in weekly professional meetings and team meetings
