Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Leader to oversee the engineering team in a busy food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an engineering role with supervisory or leadership responsibilities, ideally in food manufacturing or processing.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
