Job Description
Adaptive ML is a frontier AI startup building a Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform that enables enterprises to specialize and deploy LLMs into production with measurable impact. We're hiring a Product Manager to take end-to-end responsibility over core parts of the Adaptive platform, working directly with highly technical customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and edge cases.
Requirements
- Product Management: 5+ years of relevant experience in new, competitive, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
- Experience building products for technical users (developers, ML engineers, infra teams)
- Strong technical intuition (ML, infra, data, or similar)
- Familiarity with LLMs, evaluation, training pipelines, or AI developer tools
- Startup or hyper-growth experience
